Polypropylene (PP) Woven Bags of all kinds
Polypropylene (PP) Woven Bags are currently the most used by our customers. These bags are suitable for the packaging of animal feed, seeds, flours, medicinal plants, rice, debris… that is to say, for almost all the sectors.
They are usually white and are made of tubular fabric sewn only on the bottom. There are also L-stitched or even U-stitched, but they are now very rare. These bags allow moderate transpiration of the products inside.
If the contents are foodstuffs, the bags must be certified and accompanied by documentation and analysis to prove it and ensure traceability. If the bags are to contain noxious, hazardous or polluting products, they must be approved.
The upper part or mouth of the bag can be edged or with hem (1), with heat cut (2) or with hem ultrasonic(3).

- Agri-food industry: polypropylene raffia is mainly used for the manufacture of bags for packaging bulk products such as grains, cereals, flours, seeds and fertilizers. These bags are resistant to humidity and tearing, which guarantees the integrity of the contents during storage and transport.
- Construction: Polypropylene PP woven bags are used to transport sand, cement, rubble and other heavy materials. It is also used in the manufacture of tarpaulins and geomembranes to cover and protect surfaces, preventing water seepage or dust dispersion.
- Textile and Commercial Sector: polypropylene raffia is also used in the manufacture of reusable shopping bags, which stand out for their resistance, low cost and printability, allowing them to be personalized with logos or promotional messages.
- Fishing and Aquaculture Industry: In the fishing industry, PP woven bags are used for the storage and transport of products such as shellfish, mussels and other seafood. Water resistance and ease of ventilation make this material an ideal choice for these purposes.
