Fluidizing Container Liners

This type of Container Liner is particularly suitable for conveying and unloading dusty and non-flowing products such as plastic powders, starch, cement, lime, calcium carbonate, clay, silica, talc, potassium nitrate or bentonite.

Fluidizing Container Liners incorporate belts that blow compressed air into the container at the time of discharge so that the normally dusty products that do not flow properly, that compact or are sticky, flow more easily for complete discharge.

Fluidization technology is applicable to all container sizes and loading/unloading methods and requires special installations to blow air to avoid arching and blocking of the conveyed product.
