Coated Big Bags
Laminated or Plasticized Big Bags have an additional transparent layer of Polyethylene or Polypropylene glued to the body of Big Bag. Its purpose is to avoid possible losses of powdered product and/or to increase the isolation of the product to be contained. In the most extreme cases or more demanding needs, they are manufactured with an anti-leak bead to also seal the seams of the Big Bag.
Big Bags are normally laminated on the inside to better protect or insulate their contents, but Big Bags can also be supplied with lamination on the outside when the priority is protection against external factors, such as rain or external elements at Big Bag.
