Big Bags with Filling Spouts and Flat Bottoms are especially suitable to be loaded using tanks or hoppers, where the Big Bag is inserted and filled by precipitation of the substance to be contained (cereals, animal feed, chemical products…) by gravity.
The diameter and length of the filling spout can be requested according to different sizes so that the filling flow is adequate according to the density of the product to be loaded.
Their most common dimensions are 90 x 90 x 100 cm and they are built to support a maximum weight of 1,000 kg with a safety factor of 5:1, but they can be built in other sizes and resistances.
Once the loading process has been completed, the filling spout is “tied up” to secure the contents.
