Big Bags with Filling Spouts and Discharge Spouts are widely used in various industries and sectors.
The filling spout is normally attached to some type of Big Bag hose or filling mechanism of a specific diameter for tight clamping, so the dimensions and bearing of the filling spout must be precise. This setting prevents dusty or floury materials from causing dust clouds during the filling process.
Once the Big Bag is filled, the filling valve itself can be knotted or closed using a tie to protect the interior and prevent possible spills. To unload the Big Bag, the discharge spout is opened, allowing the contents to be emptied in a comfortable, controlled, and dosed manner.
